Fat Loss 4 Idiots / Weight Loss and Diet Center
Let's start with the fundamental question most folks ask first..:-)
What in the world is the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet and How EXACTLY Does it Work?
Good question...and Very easy to explain! The basic premise of the program, is the "metabolic optimization" theory of calorie shifting. I know - it's a strange sounding phrase right? Let me explain: Essentially, this premise argues that the BIGGEST enemy of weight loss is NOT an abundance of calories, but rather metabolic stagnation. The human body, calorie shifting believes, will invariably adjust to our nutritional process map. The net result is a dieting plateau, where the weight loss furnace simple shuts off and adjusts to meet the minimum caloric requirements it needs to stay "status quo"
What Does Calorie Shifting Do to Leap Frog This Problem?
Very simply and directly! There are NO meals repeated while on a calorie shifting diet. You will not be eating the same thing TWICE in any given day and the metabolism, accordingly can't "intuit" what is coming next, and calibrate accordingly.
How Long Do I Need To Follow This Pattern?
Each cycle is 11 days...followed by 3 off days that will precede a new 11 day cycle. ( if and as necessary). Of course, you are free to continue shifting for as long as necessary to meet your goals! Some people need ONE cycle - others repeat as until they are happy with their body, and their weight loss!
Remember - if you HAVEN'T been able to lose weight before...it's NOT your fault! Knowledge is POWER, and the most important step on the path to a beautiful body is information, EDUCATION and empowerment!

Genital Warts Can Be Transmitted by Hands Also By Karl Dorads
Genital Warts are the most common sexually transmitted infection. It is caused by a virus called the Human Papilloma Virus also called HPV. The virus is highly contagious and can be transmitted by sexual contact. Due to its nature, the virus can also be transmitted by unclean hands. This makes you very vulnerable to the infection if you have sexual contact with people in the high risk category.
You have a higher risk of contracting genital warts , if you have sexual relations with a person's whose sexual history you don't know. The risk is also higher if you do not know whether the person has had a sexually transmitted disease or if your partner is also unaware of the same. Another risk factor is having multiple sexual partners. Becoming sexually active at a younger age also increases the risk of contracting genital warts significantly.
Genital warts may not even have symptoms. After sexual contact with an infected person, the condition takes around 3 months to start showing symptoms. The infection may remain dormant for a long time, flaring up only during conditions like pregnancy. You must get yourself tested if you have any of the risk factors mentioned above or if your sexual partner has been diagnosed with the infection.
Symptoms of genital warts usually include warts in the genital area. These may be fleshy masses or grey colored bumps. if transmission occurs by hands the warts may be present in the areas surrounding the genitals as well. they may also be present on the mouth and in the throat. The warts are usually seen on the tip and shaft of the penis in males. They might extend to the scrotum and the anus also. In females, the warts are seen on the external genitalia, in the vagina and the area between the vulva and anus.
The warts are usually accompanied by itching and irritation of the moist genital skin. They may also bleed during sexual intercourse due to erosion of the wart tissue. If you are pregnant , you must get checked for genital warts as this may have an adverse effect on your baby. The warts can be treated but not completely cured. this is because the virus which causes the warts infects the upper layers of the genital skin and it is hard to eliminate the virus from there.
The treatment for genital warts must be done under the guidance of a qualified medical practitioner only. Do not attempt to use over the counter medication which can lead to more irritation of the sensitive genital areas. You can use locally active creams for this purpose. the creams have to be applied to the warts and will make the warts slough off leaving healing skin in its place. The use of such creams needs some precautions and you must consult your health care provider for the treatment that is best for you.
In case you are pregnant, or have large, stubborn warts which do not respond to treatment, you might be advised to go in for surgery. there are many surgical options for genital warts. These include cryotherapy, surgical excision and laser surgery.

Apo E Gene Testing and You By Pamela McDonald
A large percentage of heart disease is known to be genetic. So, as experience with patients has also shown me, even more important than looking beyond total cholesterol levels is testing for the number one gene that affects cholesterol and heart disease — Apo E.
Most people are still not sure how they feel about genetic testing or what to do with genetic testing results if they have been tested. Because it is such a new technology, most people have never discussed a genetic test with a medical provider, let alone had one performed. Yet if you have had a baby born into your family in the past few years, chances are the baby has had a genetic test for phenylketonuria (PKU). The routine genetic testing of newborns can identify genetic disorders that must be treated early in life and is the most widespread use of genetic testing. All 50 states have passed laws requiring that newborns be tested for PKU because if it is not identified and treated very early with dietary restrictions, it causes mental retardation.
While the medical industry is in its infancy with respect to genetic testing and handling the results of that testing, we know enough to say that proper genetic testing can provide you with some important information that can help you determine how to best protect or improve your health. This does not mean that everyone should be gene tested. Gene testing has some involved, complicated medical and ethical issues associated with it. I won't get into the debate about genetic testing from a philosophical standpoint, but rather, share with you certain conditions under which you may — or may not — want to consider genetic testing. Your decision about whether or not to take the Apo E genotype test should be made with the help of a practitioner, ideally the one who will then order the test for you if you decide in favor. I will offer guidelines below to help you and your practitioner in making the right decision for you.
Drawbacks of Testing
The decision to get tested for the Apo E gene is not easy, and one of the main reasons is because your health insurance company and your employer could find out that you have an above average risk of developing Alzheimer disease or cardiovascular disease. Besides their knowing, you might rather not know that unless you make major changes to how you live your life, you have a 90 percent chance of developing Alzheimer disease. If you are considering the test because your family has a history of Alzheimer disease, or you have very high cholesterol, you should talk with a medical provider who has experience performing these tests and can help keep your test results confidential.
The Apo E test, along with an advanced cholesterol test, can give you clear nutritional direction and guidance. The question then becomes whether you need an Apo E test, or just advanced cholesterol testing. Personally, I think it depends on what you want, need, and are willing to do. I do not recommend that testing be done just to find your risk of contracting Alzheimer disease. Rather, the decision to be tested should be based on your desire to obtain the information necessary for proper nutritional guidance and assistance in preventing chronic illness.
Reasons for Doing Genetic Testing
Indications and warning signs that may be a reason for genetic testing are a personal history of:
• severe cardiovascular disease
• Alzheimer disease
• Parkinson disease
• severe neurological disease
• gout
• alcoholism
• high triglycerides and/or LDL
• insulin resistance or diabetes
• substance abuse
• morbid obesity
• depression/anxiety disorder or other mood disorders
• confirmation of a high cholesterol disorder potentially being affected by the Apo E gene
• confirmation of a diagnosis of late onset Alzheimer disease in a symptomatic adult or to reduce risk with dietary prescription
• assistance with treatment of multiple sclerosis by dietary prescription
• assistance with treatment of Parkinson disease by dietary prescription
At the same time, if you have one of the following chronic illnesses or conditions and you are not getting better with your current care plan, you may want to consider getting an Apo E test to help improve your dietary patterns. Here are just a few conditions that I have seen find exceptional success with dietary change related to an Apo E genotype:
• acne
• arthritis
• gout
• diabetes
• depression
• alcoholism
• chronic pain
• ADD and ADHD
• high cholesterol
• cardiovascular disease
• hypertension
• Parkinson disease
• multiple sclerosis
• severe peri-menopausal symptoms
• anxiety
• chronic obesity
• fibromyalgia
• insulin resistance
• insomnia
• menopausal symptoms
• glucose intolerance
I strongly recommend that you find a medical provider who has been trained in the advancing field of genetic heart disease and in integrative nutritional medicine to support you.

Consider Prostate As The Male G-Spot By Paulo Rogers
The healing is ALWAYS done by nature and fresh healthy blood. But, even if the blood is healthy, when it can not reach the prostate gland in sufficient quantity, the prostate can and will from a variety of diseases. The prostate gland is responsible for producing a large percentage of a man's ejaculate, and it is healthy and desirable to fully drain this fluid regularly.
Prostate massage is a healthy and pleasurable activity that can be enjoyed as part of your intimate life. A 10-20 minute prostate massage at least once a month, and as often as once a day, is important for a healthy gland. The whole purpose of this external prostate massage is to bring some new fresh circulation to the area and keep it fresh and healthy.
Today, it is fast becoming widely recommended, as prostate massage has been discovered to complement and enhance the effectiveness of antimicrobial, antibiotic and herbal remedies by facilitating prostate gland circulation. Prostate massage is considered a healthy activity for all men who are not experiencing severe symptoms of a prostate condition and is once again becoming more widely recommended as researchers discover that prostate massage complements and increases the effectiveness of antibiotics, antimicrobials or herbal remedies by facilitating circulation to the prostate gland.
It is often recommended as an alternative form of sexual interaction when a person's partner is unavailable or he simply does not want to participate in other sexual intercourse activities. However, there are instances when prostate massage is not recommended for those who have acute prostatitis, as it can promote the spread of infection to other parts of the body. Prostate massage is not recommended for men with prostate cancer, as you can cause the cancer to metastasize, or for men with a prostate infection, since the infection can spread.
Prostate massage is the massage or stimulation of the prostate gland in males for medical purposes. A prostate massage is a good way to drain the prostate. A prostate massage is known to give some positive results in treatment of prostatits as a stand alone procedure or in conjunction with prostate medicines like antibiotics. A prostate massage is a great way to experience new sensations and this highly erotic massage technique will allow you to explore the power of your sensuality to the full.
A prostate massage is performed by massaging the prostate and can be accomplished in more than one way. The most common way in which a prostate massage is performed is by direct contact through the anus. The purpose of a prostate massage is to excrete fluid from the inflamed prostate, which is believed to relieve the prostate infection and inflammation. The only reasons that speaks against a self prostate massage is a possible infection. Latex medical gloves are also recommended as a guard against bacteria introduction.
Author Plato Rosinke says young men as well as old are suffering from prostate problems. Prostate massage is good to prevent prostate problems such as prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia. It is also good for relieving the symptoms of prostate problems of BPH. If caught early enough, additional problems are preventable; it is common to have an enlarged prostate before experiencing symptoms. Sometimes the massage may take longer because the object is to free the gland of congestion {that may lead to prostate problems such as blockage which can lead to prostatitis, cancer and other problems including sexual dysfunction}.
